Refund & Cancellation Policy

LBLD AB (d/b/a NelsonWedding.nz)sells subscriptions processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You’ll see Paddle on your receipt and bank statement. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and—where applicable—refunds on our behalf.
Subscriptions & renewals
Subscriptions (monthly or annual) auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from the in-app Billing page or via the “Manage Subscription” link on your Paddle receipt; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current term. There are no refunds for unused subscription periods except as outlined below.
Refund eligibility
We’ll consider a refund when any of the following apply:
14-day money-back (first purchase): Request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (monthly or annual) for a full refund. Access ends when the refund is issued. 
2. Renewal grace period: If your subscription renews (monthly or annual), you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date. After 14 days, renewals are non-refundable and your cancellation will take effect at the next billing date. 
3. We can’t resolve a product issue: If there’s a demonstrable issue we cannot resolve within a reasonable time after you contact support, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. Paddle may need to approve refunds.
Non-refundable
- Change of mind after the periods above.
- Failure to use the service during a subscription term.
- Downgrades mid-term (changes apply from the next renewal).
- Any items marked “non-refundable” at checkout.

Email hello@nelsonwedding.nz with your Paddle order number, purchase email, and reason.
You can also contact Paddle Buyer Support directly with your order number; as our Merchant of Record they process refunds and will notify us. 
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are submitted to Paddle promptly and are returned to the original payment method. Payment networks sometimes impose time limits for refunding to the same method; if that happens, we’ll work with you and Paddle to arrange an alternative. A credit note/receipt will be issued for your records.  
Legal rights
Where your local law provides additional rights (for example the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts), we’ll honor those rights.
