Refund & Cancellation Policy

LBLD AB (d/b/a NelsonWedding.nz) sells subscriptions with payments processed by Stripe. You'll see Stripe or NelsonWedding.nz on your receipt and bank statement. We handle billing, taxes, and – where applicable – refunds through Stripe.

Subscriptions & renewals

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) will auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from the in-app Billing page or via the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future billing but you will retain access until the end of the current term. There are no refunds for unused subscription periods except as outlined below.

Refund eligibility

We’ll consider a refund when any of the following apply:

7-day money-back guarantee (first purchase): Request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase (monthly or annual) for a full refund. Access ends when the refund is issued. 

2. Renewal grace period: If your subscription renews (monthly or annual), you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date. After 7 days, renewals are non-refundable and your cancellation will take effect at the next billing date. 

3. We can not resolve a product issue: If there's a demonstrable issue we cannot resolve within a reasonable time after you contact support, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Non-refundable

• Change of mind after the periods above.
• Failure to use the service during a subscription term.
• Downgrades mid-term (plan changes take effect at the next renewal date).
• Any items marked “non-refundable” at checkout.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription from Stripe's billing portal. Links to the portal can be found in the app on your 'Billing' page, and on your listing's 'Upgrade' page.

How to request a refund

Email hello@nelsonwedding.nz with your Stripe payment ID, purchase email, and reason for the refund request.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to the original payment method. Payment networks may impose time limits for refunding to the same method. If that happens, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative. A receipt will be issued for your records.
